Plans

• Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; they include every update while active.
• Lifetime: one payment; 12 months of updates and email support are included. After that you keep using the version you have, plus its bug-fix and security releases; a newer version is an optional update purchase priced per product (see pricing).
• Individual licences are for one person, paid by that person, usable on any client project, not transferable.
• Enterprise seats are bought per product and belong to the company; they can be reassigned when people leave, and a reassigned lifetime seat keeps its update window. A Suite seat covers every model in the suite for one user.

Two machines per user

Each licence or seat is for one named user on up to two computers at a time (for example a laptop and a workstation). To move to a new computer, deactivate an old one in your account, then activate the new one.

Offline use and check-ins

After activation the models run fully offline. The agent checks in about every 30 days; if a check-in is missed, it keeps working for a further 14 days. A check-in sends only your activation token, a hash of a machine fingerprint computed on your computer, and the app version: never your code, prompts, table definitions or file names.

Watermarks

Each delivered copy carries a hidden identifier linked to your licence, used only to trace copies shared in breach of the licence agreement.
