Privacy Policy

Effective 13 September 2026 · Updated 23 October 2026

Kaidris LLC (“Kaidris”, “we”) is a Wyoming, USA company. This policy explains what we collect on kaidris.com, when you join the Kaidris Forge waitlist, and when you contact us, including by text message (SMS).

What we collect

Only what you give us: your name, email address, phone number, company, and the content of your message — when you email, call or text us, join the Forge waitlist, or when we work together.

kaidris.com sets no cookies and runs no advertising trackers. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without building a profile of you; we see only aggregate numbers such as pages visited and countries. Your browser stores only two things locally on your device — your light/dark theme choice and an unsent draft of a contact message — and neither leaves your browser. The site is served by Cloudflare, whose infrastructure processes standard technical request data (such as IP addresses) in order to deliver and secure it.

Kaidris Forge waitlist

When you join the waitlist we store your name, email address, company (if given), role, number of seats, the SAP release you use, the country your request came from (as reported by Cloudflare), and the date. We do not store your IP address. We use this only to tell you when Kaidris Forge is released and, if you ask, to prepare a quote. We keep it until you ask us to delete it, or at the latest 12 months after Forge is released. Email contact@kaidris.com to see, correct or delete your entry.

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person, not a bot, is submitting it. Turnstile processes technical signals from your browser for that check only; see Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Forge contributor programme

What we keep. If you join the invite-only contributor programme we keep your name, email address, country of residence, the invite you used, your eligibility answers (age, sanctions, employer consent, and whether you are a family member of Kaidris’s owner), your contributions and their check reports, the review decisions, your points and your quarterly statements. When you accept the contributor agreement we keep an acceptance record: the name you typed, the date and time, your IP address and your browser’s user-agent string.

Before your first payout we also keep your legal name, country of tax residence, address, date of birth, any foreign tax identification number, your signed tax form (such as W-9 or W-8BEN) and your payout details (bank account, Wise or PayPal). Address, date of birth, tax ID, payout details and tax forms are encrypted before they are stored; only the Kaidris owner can open them, and every access is logged. Statements and records we share (for example with our accountant) identify you by contributor ID, not by name.

Sanctions screening. We ask residents of Ukraine whether they live in the Crimea / Sevastopol, Donetsk or Luhansk regions and keep the answer. We check your legal name and country against the US sanctions list (OFAC) when we approve your registration and before each payout, and keep a record of each check (date, name searched, result, who checked, and a screenshot or PDF of the result). We do not record your location from your IP address for this.

Why. To run the programme under the contributor agreement (contract), to pay you and meet tax and reporting duties, including withholding where the law requires it (legal obligation), and to block payments to sanctioned countries and persons (legal obligation).

How long. Statements, signed agreements, tax forms, payment confirmations and the points log are kept for 7 years after the last payment, as tax and accounting law requires; other contributor data is deleted when you leave the programme and nothing more is owed to you.

Your rights. You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to its use, at contact@kaidris.com; we will do so unless the law requires us to keep it (for example tax records). If you are in the EU, the UK or a country with similar laws, you can also complain to your data-protection authority.

Kaidris ABAP models

The free Kaidris-ABAP-7B model runs entirely on your own machine and sends nothing to us. Kaidris Forge talks to our licence server only to activate, check in and fetch updates: activation sends your licence key once; each check-in sends your activation token, a hash of a machine fingerprint and the app version — never your code, prompts or file names. Payments for Forge are handled by Paddle (see Payments below).

Customers and licences

When you buy Kaidris Forge we store: your name, email address and company; your licence (edition, seats, status, renewal date, or for a Lifetime Licence its update window and any Update Purchases); the named users your organisation assigns to seats (name and email); and, for each activated machine, a hash of a machine fingerprint, an optional machine label, the app version, the country the check-in came from (as reported by Cloudflare), and when it was first and last seen. We also log, per seat, each time a model key is issued or a download starts, and for which release; we use this to enforce the licence and to check refund eligibility (for example, whether an Update Purchase was downloaded). We do not store IP addresses, and Forge never sends code, prompts, table definitions, file names or usage data.

Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record), which collects and processes your payment details, billing address and tax information under its own privacy policy. We receive the purchase details (product, quantity, amount, renewal date) and your name and email; we never receive your card details.

Sign-in

Signing in to your account uses a one-time link sent to your email. We store a hash of the link and of your session, never the link or session itself.

Email

We send transactional emails (receipts, licence keys, renewal reminders, payment problems, sign-in links, and the one Forge release announcement to the waitlist) through Resend, which processes your email address to deliver them.

Watermarks

Each delivered copy of Forge contains a unique identifier linked to the licence it was issued to, used only to trace copies that are shared in breach of the licence agreement.

Retention

Licence and payment records are kept for as long as the licence is active and then for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. Machine activation records, and the model-key and download log, are kept for 24 months after a machine is deactivated or the entry is made, whichever is later. Sign-in links expire after 15 minutes and are deleted within a day; sessions expire after 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data at contact@kaidris.com. We may keep records we are required to keep by law (for example invoices). If you are in the EU/UK, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
