Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Kaidris Forge licences and other paid products from Kaidris LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA) ("Kaidris", "we", "us").

1. Who processes your order

Our online orders are processed by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment, invoicing, sales tax/VAT and refunds for those orders. Refund requests for online purchases are handled under this policy and Paddle's Buyer Terms. You can contact us or Paddle directly; we will work with Paddle to resolve your request.

2. Free products

Kaidris-ABAP Community models are free under the Apache-2.0 licence. No payment, so no refunds apply. Try the free model before buying Forge.

3. Kaidris Forge licences (Individual and Enterprise)

• 14-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase. If Kaidris Forge isn't right for you, ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase: monthly, yearly or Lifetime. No questions asked.
• Monthly plans: you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid month. Monthly charges are non-refundable, except the first month, which is covered by the 14-day guarantee.
• Yearly renewals: refundable within 14 days of the renewal charge if you have not used the product since the renewal. After that, renewals are non-refundable. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time, and the licence then runs until the end of the paid year.
• Lifetime Licences: covered by the 14-day guarantee above. After 14 days they are non-refundable.
• Update Purchases: refundable within 14 days if the new version has not been downloaded or activated. After that they are non-refundable.
• Adding seats (Enterprise): extra seats, yearly or lifetime, can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if they were not activated.
• After a refund the licence (or, for an Update Purchase, the new version) ends, and you must stop using and delete the refunded version of Kaidris Forge, including downloaded model files.
• No refunds after 30 days. No refund of any Forge charge is given more than 30 days after that charge, except where mandatory consumer law requires it.

4. Separate agreements

Work done under a separate signed agreement or order form follows that agreement's refund terms.

5. EU and UK customers: right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content, that right ends once the download or access starts, if you expressly agreed to this at checkout and acknowledged that you lose the right. Our money-back guarantee in Section 3 applies anyway.

6. Exceptions

We may refuse a refund where there is evidence of fraud or abuse, for example:

• repeated purchase-and-refund cycles;
• a refund requested after the licence key has been shared;
• a chargeback filed while a refund is in progress.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

7. How to request a refund

Email contact@kaidris.com with:

• your order number (from the Paddle receipt);
• the email address used for the purchase;
• a short note (optional).

You can also use the link in your Paddle receipt. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Refunds are made in the currency you paid.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The version in force when you bought applies to that purchase.
