02 Licence rules
Simple, and the same for everyone.
- Individual licences are bought and paid for by the person, for their own use, on any client project. They may not be reimbursed by an employer and are not transferable.
- Enterprise seats are owned by the company and can be reassigned when people leave. Invoice and purchase-order billing, seat management and priority support are included.
- One named user per licence, on up to two machines (for example a laptop and a workstation).
- Lifetime licences are paid once and include 12 months of updates; later updates are optional.
- Full terms: the licence agreement and the refund policy (14-day money-back guarantee).
