Getting started
From purchase to your first run.

1. Buy a licence
Choose a model or the whole Kaidris Forge (SAP Suite) on the pricing page. Checkout is handled by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record; your receipt and invoice come from Paddle.
2. Get your licence key
Right after payment you receive an email from noreply@kaidris.com with your licence key (it starts with KDF-). Keep it private: it is linked to you, and sharing it breaks the licence agreement.
Enterprise: the company admin gets the first seat and assigns the other seats to named users from the account page; each user receives their own key by email.
3. Sign in to your account
Open your account and enter your email. We send a sign-in link that works for 15 minutes; a session lasts 30 days. There is no password. The account shows your licences, seats, machines and downloads.
4. Install and activate
- Install the Kaidris agent and the shared base model (the installer and its exact steps ship with the release).
- Activate with your licence key. Activation sends the key once and registers this computer.
- Download your model adapters: the agent fetches the files your licence includes, as encrypted downloads that resume if the connection drops.
- Run the setup wizard so the models know your custom tables and objects.
5. Stay up to date
The agent checks in with our licence server about every 30 days and fetches the updates you are entitled to. Monthly and yearly plans include every update; lifetime licences include 12 months of updates, then later updates are optional (see Licences and machines).
